America is obsessed with shock value, sometimes to the point of sheer stupidity. A self proclaimed film maker got the bright idea to use his nephew to make a point about emergency response time. The genius had his nephew walk the streets dressed as a terrorist with a grenade launcher pointing it at motorist. The point was to wait and see how long it would take for first responders to arrive.
The video attempts to have a serious tone by going on at length about the Dark Knight Shooting and how he wants to determine emergency response time. It doesn’t take a rocket science to see that this is simply for shock value and nothing else. Anyone who is into self defense knows the cops will always be minutes away when seconds count. Responders are not to blame for ineffective response times its just the way it is.
