Honestly, I had no clue about the, “Not One More” campaign until I came across Hugh Jackman’s facebook post. Make no mistake, the “Not One More” Campaign is anti-gun. There’s no need to distinguish between gun violence and violence in general, unless you’re only focused on the gun, hence, “GUN” Violence.
I may be wrong about this but, Hugh Jackman isn’t really known for heavy gun use in his movies. I am largely apathetic about the guy. However, his open support for this disgustingly ambiguous campaign as a famous actor demonstrates a few things.

1. Anti-gunners understand star power and use it liberally.
2. There are not enough outspoken pro-gun celebrities though plenty exist.
3. Campaigns like these are the proverbial, “You can catch more flies with honey”. Make a cute unimposing bracelet with an inspirational, yet very ambiguous quote, have people donate $25 and boom, you have the makings of creating a formidable opponent group to the likes of the NRA. Just Saying.
