In the winter, I carry a Smith & Wesson 686 Plus (7 shot) .357 Magnum 2.5″.  I carry it in an OWB Multi Holster Kydex Holster.  I use a Mission Belt to help support the 34oz beast.  I keep it loaded with either Speer Gold Dot 124gr short barrel ammo or Hornady Critical Defense 135gr ammo.  The 686 is wearing Altamont rosewood grips and  is the perfect winter carry.  I only carry it on the weekends when I am in casual clothes, as it is pretty difficult to carry something this bulky when wearing business attire.
