Cook County Wants A Bullet Tax? I Blame Chris Rock

I wish I had four hands so I can quadruple face palm the hell out of this tax proposal. I am all for preventing gun violence, but you don’t have to be a complete moron about it. There is simply no logical correlation between taxing bullets and lowering crime in war torn Cook County (Read: Chicago).
