<p>This tax proposal has absolutely nothing to do with gun violence, but everything to do with jacking the prices up on ammo to cover a $115 million budget gap. We are not going to stop buying ammo no matter how expensive it is and they know this, so they feign a concern for gun violence so as not to expose the indirect attack  on the cook counties populations ability to defend themselves.</p>
<p>If criminals can get guns illegally why would they not do the same with bullets?</p>
