I keep watching this video and I can’t figure out for the life of me why things went down the way they did. Why stop, drive off, then stop again only to resist arrest? So, it’s ok to shoot at Vans filled with kids now? What was the son thinking, you’re not bullet proof (Clearly stupid), stay your bad ass in the car. After deciding to go all Barry Bond on the back window, what exactly was the officer going to do, drag the kid through the window? There’s so much fail in this video it’s making my head hurt.
As far as I am concerned, shooting at a vehicle filled with kids is never ok, however, the mother set all of this nonsense in motion and is equally if not more at fault in this situation.

A New Mexico state police officer says he pulled over Oriana Ferrell’s minivan, which had her five children in it for speeding, on Oct. 28.
Video shows the two get into an argument before the officer tells her to turn off her car and walks back to his vehicle.
However, the woman allegedly drives off before being pulled over again by the same officer.
